This website is operated by Brix. By visiting our store and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. Products
All Brix products are made to order. Each piece is manufactured upon confirmation of your order. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish may exist between the product images shown on our website and the item you receive. These are characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
2. Customisation
Where personalisation options are offered, the customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the text, colour selections, and any other customisation submitted at the time of ordering. Brix will produce exactly what is entered. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information submitted is accurate. Brix reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of placement. After this period, production begins and the order can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
5. Shipping
Brix currently ships within India only. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative — actual delivery may vary depending on courier and location. Brix is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners once the order has been dispatched.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including product designs, images, logos, and text is the property of Brix and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Brix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
8. Changes to Terms
Brix reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
